Mates & Dates workshop

Have you ever wanted your questions about friendships and relationships answered? Are you unsure about your friendships? Wondering what some red flags might be? Or want some support when friendships and relationships change?

Well then this FREE workshop is for you! Headspace Chatswood is partnering with Relationships Australia NSW and Willoughby City Council to bring you "Mates & Dates", a 2 week workshop to help young people understand and navigate friendships and relationships a bit easier!

This workshop is available for any young person aged 14-18, and will be run out of the Dougherty Community Centre in Chatswood. This workshop will be running on Thursday the 19th October, 2023 and Thursday, 26th October, 2023 from 4:00pm-5:00pm.
