This edition of Heads Up's "must-see video" segment features La La Land actress and Academy Award-winner Emma Stone. The 28 year-old actress opened up about her struggles with anxiety in a video for a nonprofit for children with mental health disorders in the US, and talked about how she once thought the condition would affect her forever. Emma is one of a series of celebrities who took part in the Speak Up For Kids campaign, where A-listers including Jesse Eisenberg, Michael Phelps and Lena Dunham recorded videos in which they give advice to their younger selves for handling mental health issues.
