When just functioning is a struggle, spending more time with family, missing friends, being bored or having events to attend can leave you feeling anxious, down or unsettled.

If you're staring to feel more stuffed than a Christmas turkey it’s important to remember that you are not alone - there are many support organisations who are still there for you over the holiday period. Check in with your own support services, and also make a note of the ones below, so you can make contact if needed:

For crisis support:
