headspace Bega provides free and confidential support to young people aged between 12-25 years and their families.

At headspace Bega, or at one of our outpost locations in Cooma and Narooma, we can assist you with your mental health and wellbeing, link you to a drug and alcohol counsellor or with a GP for any physical or sexual health concerns, support you with education and work options or any other issues that you want to discuss.

It is easy to make an appointment! Simply drop in or give us a call or send an email and we will get in contact. At headspace Bega we have a 'no wrong door' policy and will try to link you with the right service to meet your needs, even if it is outside of headspace.
